Manage the simulation process is very easy with the HRS system.
The user can give name or number for each groove. So a groove identification is always available in the HRS files.
The groove identification defined by the user is presented in all modes of the HRS system.
Simulation Management Modes
New Project Mode
Lets you create a file HRS system to a new simulation project to be developed.
Save As Mode
Lets you create a new file HRS system equal to the user's working file.
Project Report Mode
Presents in detail all data and values calculated by the technical mode of the HRS system.
It is a report and it can be printed in paper by the user, using the printer.
Equipment Data Mode
Presents in detail all equipment data of the rolling mill used for the rolling simulation.
Groove Drawings Mode
This mode presents de groove drawings, template drawings, and groove profile drawings on the screen.
It is possible to print the sames with control of scale.
In this mode we have the name or number of the groove entry.
Groove Machined Mode
This mode presents a easily data entry for grooves to canal types like ovals, box H, box HV, svendish oval, dogbone, box oval. If the groove already exists at the mill the user has a easily entry for that.
Preferences Mode
Presents 9 colors options for the working area of the HRS System.
This mode configures the paper size for printing reports and drawings.
It selects a folder of files on the Windows for using with the HRS files.
This mode also configures de entry mode on the HRS system.
Project Data Mode
This mode presents a easily data entry for the simulation project. It uses the Windows Explorer format.
This is easy for the people because they already use this format in others system and programs.
